Refund Policy

1. In which scenarios does Tech Mantra issue refunds?

Refunds are issued by Tech Mantra only in the following cases:

The order is cancelled by the customer; or installation is not possible
The customer returns a product and requests a refund

Please note that returns may not be applicable on all products sold by sellers listed on tech-mantra.com. Kindly refer to our Return Policy for product-specific details.

2. What amount will be refunded?

If a customer returns a product and requests a refund, the refunded amount will be limited to the price paid for the product. Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

3. How can I track the status of my refund after returning a product?

Once we receive the returned product, our team will verify the condition and nature of the return. After successful validation, you will receive an acknowledgement via SMS on your registered mobile number.

4. How can I track the status of my refund after cancelling an order?

Upon order cancellation, an acknowledgement will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS or to your registered email address.

5. I have not received my refund even though Tech Mantra has processed it. Why?

If you have received an SMS or email confirmation stating that your refund has been processed, please be assured that the refund has been initiated.

In some cases, banks or financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. We recommend following up directly with your bank using the reference number shared by Tech Mantra.

6. How long does it take to process a refund after product return?

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received by Tech Mantra’s authorized Business Partner or Seller. Once approved, you will receive an email or SMS confirming that your refund has been processed.

7. How and where will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used while placing the order:

a. Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking
Refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be credited back to the same card or bank account used during checkout. Tech Mantra initiates refunds within 4 working days of receiving the returned product. Banks may take 7–10 working days to reflect the amount in your account.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds will be processed via NEFT, cheque in favor of the billing name, or as a refund coupon, excluding shipping charges.
c. Loyalty Bonus Coupons
If a loyalty bonus coupon was used, the refund amount will exclude the coupon value and shipping charges.
d. Refund Coupons
If a refund coupon was used, a fresh Tech Mantra refund coupon will be issued (excluding shipping charges). Such coupons are non-redeemable for cash or cheque.

8. Can I get a refund for part of my order?

Yes. Partial refunds are allowed for orders containing multiple individual products. However, bundled products must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

9. I received a refund cheque with incorrect name details. What should I do?

A corrected cheque will be issued within 10 working days of receiving your request.

10. Will Tech Mantra refund courier charges for returned products?

Yes. If you return a product using a reputed courier service with online tracking, courier charges will be reimbursed at 10% of the order value (minimum ₹100, maximum ₹750). This reimbursement will be issued as a Tech Mantra Gift Coupon after receipt of the product.

11. How do I track my refund after returning a product?

Once the product is received and validated, you will be notified via SMS. You may also track the refund status through the ‘My Account’ section or by contacting customer care during working hours.

12. Are all products eligible for refund?

Most products listed on tech-mantra.com are eligible for refund or replacement. However, the following items are not eligible:

Innerwear, lingerie, vests, briefs, trunks, socks, mittens, wristbands, cosmetics, perfumes, deodorants, fashion accessories, contraceptives, flowers, furniture, bullion, precious jewellery, face masks, remote-controlled toys and accessories, and any free or complimentary items received with an order.
