1. Do you have a return policy? Can I return my product after delivery?
Yes. Tech Mantra Business Partners / Sellers follow a simple return policy under which you can return a product if it is received in a damaged, defective condition, or in case of product mismatch (applicable to selected categories such as DTH Accessories).
There is a 48-hour return window, which means you must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. The returned product must reach the Business Partner / Seller within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of delivery.
Tech Mantra’s Business Partner / Seller reserves the right to examine the returned product. If the product is found to be neither defective nor damaged, the same product will be returned back to the customer at their shipping address.
If the product qualifies for replacement, the replacement will be shipped to the same delivery address, subject to stock availability.
2. Are there conditions under which returns or replacements may be rejected?
Returns for replacement/refund/exchange will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

4. Do I need to return the product in original packaging?
Yes. The product must be returned in its original condition, along with:
Original box & packaging
Manufacturer tags
Accessories
Free or complimentary items
Original invoice
5. What resolution is offered for returns?
Possible resolutions include:

7. Video & Damage Package Policy (Mandatory)
At the time of delivery, please inspect the package carefully.
If the package appears opened, damaged, or tampered with:
Do NOT accept delivery
Take clear photos or videos
While opening the package, we strongly recommend recording an uncut video showing all sides of the sealed box.
If no opening video is provided, Tech Mantra will not be responsible for missing, damaged, or replaced items.

8. What is the time limit to report a return or replacement?
You must inform Tech Mantra within 48 hours of receiving the product.
For issues reported after 48 hours, a valid DOA (Dead on Arrival) or replacement certificate from the brand’s authorized service center is mandatory. Without this certificate, refunds or replacements cannot be processed.
9. Will the product be picked up or do I need to courier it?
Tech Mantra offers a pickup facility in most locations.

If pickup is unavailable, you will be required to courier the product so it reaches the Seller within 10 working days.
10. Will I be charged for returns?
No. All approved pickups and replacements are handled free of cost.
11. Will courier charges be refunded if I send the product myself?
Yes. Courier charges will be reimbursed at:
10% of order value
Minimum ₹100, Maximum ₹750
The reimbursement will be provided as a Tech Mantra Gift Voucher after product receipt.
12. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a prepaid order, a 6% deduction will apply towards payment gateway and cancellation charges.
